CHALLENGE! - use up food that is in freezer and cupboard!  too much foods!
i purchased shredded cheese.  you pretty much can't make anything without cheese.  my first attempt was what i'll call - mexi-casser-ole(ay)!  yay!
from freezer
2 hamburger patties that were in danger of being cryogenically turned back into cows soon.
probably like 1lb?

from cupboard
unopened box of rotini noodles from walmart.  like half box.
cans
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can "southwest corn mix" - you could probably just use corn.  i'm fancy.
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans drained
2 little cans of chopped olives, i thought they were sliced, opened can, and they were like pulverized, seeemed to work ok.
other
chz
few crushed tortilla chips
1 green pepper diced (from my garden, woot woot)
+seasonings
1 packet taco seasoning
garlic powder
cumin
chipotle
onion powder

black pepper
don't add salt

stuff to do
make the meat into little meats.  right now it's one big meat.
big meat
little meats

once it's like halfway to little meats, put in the diced green pepper.  also start to boil water for noodles.
once meat is cooked (brown gray, no pinks), put in everything from the cans + taco seasoning + the other seasonings.  how much to use you ask.  shakey shake shake shake shake shake.  thats how much.  only use shakey shake shake of chipot (or do whatever you want.  i dont care).  its kind of spicy.  put pasta in boiling water.  cook for like 10 mins.
let the meat combo cook for like 15 minutes.  stir it every once in a while.  make oven hot box.  350.  spray 9x13 pan with no sticky spray.  put pasta in the bottom (drain water first).  pour meat combo over the top.  spread evenly.  layer shred chz on top.  probably like 1-1.5 cups.  take out a bag of opened tortilla chips from last week.  crumble them in your hands and spread over the top of the chz.  maybe like 1/2 cup total.  put in oven for 20 mins.  take it out of oven.  dont eat it yet it's hot.  ok now eat it.  maybe put some salsa and sour cream on it if you have it.  boom casserole(ay)!  also have a beer.
